These are a gorgeous selection of Kantha patchwork quilts made from repurposed sari silks. Each quilt is made from multiple layers of sari silks, giving it its plush feel. Kantha’s are a unique and traditional craft of patch cloth work using discarded fabrics to create beautiful pieces of art, yet useful and usable patchwork quilts.  Kantha is also known as the the straight running stitch used in Bengali embroidery.
